How it works
The JustAir™ in-line filter-dryer is designed to eliminate oil, vapor, particulate and condensate from compressed air lines. Its patented replacement cartridge serves two primary functions:
- The patented venturi process eliminates water in the air lines by converting any condensate present back to a gaseous state providing dry air at point of use.
- The stainless steel and natural fiber filter medium filters out both oil and vapor and particulate contaminates (down to 5 microns) that are present in your compressed air lines.
Water problems can be extremely costly.
Expensive handpiece turbines rotate at speeds of up to 350,000 RPM. Liquid condensate produces unwelcome corrosion and loss of operating efficiency. At minimum, handpiece repair costs of $250, isn't prevention worth a few pennies a day?
Oil vapor, condensate and particulate must be eliminated.
Bonding epoxies and adhesives require ideal conditions. You cannot afford faulty fillings or bondings not adhering correctly. With average overhhead chair costs of approximately $150 per hour, faulty equipment and expensive downtime must be avoided.
