Airline filter and dryer for compressed air tools

“My air appeared dry according to my compressor indicator, but I was getting water in the air lines of my syringes. Some of my composite bounding fell off and had to be replaced. I installed three JAF 25 units in my ops. I haven't had a problem with moisture for the last eight months”

FAQ:

Q:  How does JustAir™ filter oil vapor and particulate?
A:  Our product uses a natural fiber and stainless steel mesh to remove oil vapor and particulate contamination before it exits the hose.

Q:  How often do the replacement filter elements need to be replaced?
A:  On average, a filter element lasts three to four months; you will know for sure, however, because JustAir™ includes a Service Life Indicator that changes from blue to pink when it requires changing.

Q:  Does this work with fixed air lines?
A:  JustAir™ is compatible with fixed or portable air lines.

Q:  Does JustAir™ include any extra filter elements when you buy the system?
A:  Yes, you get the filter element in the cartridge plus an extra.

Q:  How does JustAir™ eliminate water and convert it to a gas?
A:  The filter-dryer element incorporates a venturi spindle that eliminates condensate

Q:  Does the temperature affect the amount of condensation?
A:  Temperature definitely affects the amount of condensate, but JustAir™ will pull out water and particulates at any temperature.

Q:  How does JustAir™ work?
A:  The filter-dryer eliminates water by atomizing the condensate with the energy created by the velocity of the airflow acting on the liquid contaminated air.  The resultant force builds up to a point where liquids break-up and disintegration occurs, resulting in dry, gaseous air.
